About me
I’m Steph, and I’m a certified relationship coach, teacher and podcast host. I live & work on the beautiful NSW South Coast, Australia, with my partner Joel, our son Ollie, and our two dogs.
My teaching centres on how an understanding of our attachment (& other self-protective) patterns can empower us to create safety, security and wellbeing in our lives and relationships. Having supported over 4,000 people through my coaching practice and online programs, I can safely attest to the profound impact of this work.
My podcast, On Attachment, is the world’s leading podcast in the area of attachment theory, reaching hundreds of thousands of people all over the globe with weekly episodes.

In a former life I was a corporate lawyer, so I also hold a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Economy), both from the University of Sydney.
