I don’t believe that you have to “love yourself” before you can have a healthy relationship.

But I do believe that it’s hard to find, build and sustain a healthy relationship from a place of extremely low self-worth.

Why? Because low self-worth tends to be a breeding ground for really unhealthy relational patterns — poor boundaries, people-pleasing, difficulty trusting, inability to voice needs, persisting with unavailable people… the list goes on.

That's why I’ve created The Secure Self, a 28-day challenge designed to help you reset your relationship with yourself and start laying the foundations of deep self-worth.

How It Works ↓

  • The challenge will run for 4 weeks (kicking off on Monday 29 July), each with a different focus/theme

  • Each week, you’ll receive one audio lesson and one homework practice based on that week’s theme

  • We’ll also have a pop-up online community where you can connect with other challenge members to make friends, seek advice and share wins

WEEK 1

SELF-COMPASSION

In week one, we’ll focus on cultivating self-compassion. You’ll learn why your struggles make sense and how to replace self-criticism and self-blame with validation, acceptance, compassion and curiosity.

WEEK 2

SELF-CARE

In week two, we’ll explore self-care - but not as you know it. While I’m all for face masks & bubble baths, true self-care goes far deeper. You’ll learn about attuning to your needs and emotions, taking care of your nervous system, and more.

WEEK 3

SELF-RESPECT

In week three, we’ll dive into self-respect — which is all about raising the bar on how we relate to ourselves. We’ll delve into topics like boundaries, self-discipline, values, and what it means to live from integrity.

WEEK 4

SELF-TRUST

In week four, we’ll focusing on building self-trust. You’ll learn to distinguish between fear and intuition, make peace with the unknown and feel more confident in yourself and your choices.

WHEN is The Secure Self challenge?

The next round of the challenge runs from 29 July 2024 to 26 August 2024.

HOW WILL IT WORK?

The challenge will be delivered via weekly 15-25 minute audio lessons, together with a weekly challenge or practice (which might be anything from a homework task, a guided meditation, or a journalling exercise). There will also be an online community for the duration of the challenge, where you can connect with other members to ask questions, seek advice, and share wins.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

US$197 or 3 x monthly instalments of US$70 (plus any applicable taxes which will be added at checkout).

WHEN ARE THE LIVE CALLS WITH STEPH?

We’ll have two live calls together — a kick-off/Q&A call on 30 July at 9:30am Sydney time, and a second Q&A/integration call at the end of the challenge on 27 August at 9:30am Sydney time. Both live calls will be recorded and replays made available for anyone who can’t join live.

How much time will I need to set aside each day for the challenge?

If you are committed to completing all aspects of the challenge, you’ll want to set aside about an hour a week for four weeks. This challenge is meant to feel fun and easy to stay on top of, so no need to worry about piles of content to “work” through!

Will I have access to the challenge materials after the four weeks are over?

Yep! You’ll have access to the lessons and accompanying materials for 6 months, with the option to download so you can keep a copy forever.

What do I need to participate in the challenge?

All you need is an open mind and willingness to engage in the daily exercises and practices. The exercises and practices are designed to be accessible for everyone.

Can I participate in the challenge if I'm currently in a relationship?

Absolutely! The Secure Self challenge is for anyone who wants to feel more secure within themselves, regardless of their relationship status.
