Homecoming Mastermind: Terms
Program Overview
Dates: February to July 2025
Included:
Six (6) workshops
Twelve (12) group coaching sessions held via Zoom
Private voice messaging support during designated office hours (twice weekly)
Access to an online community for group discussion and support
Access to all courses and masterclasses
Payment Terms
Payments are non-refundable and must be made via the provided payment link.
In the event of a failed recurring payment, we may (in our discretion) withhold access to the program materials (including attendance at calls) until payment has been made.
Scheduling & Attendance
Group coaching session dates will be provided in advance; rescheduling may occur in exceptional circumstances.
Attendance at live calls is expected unless notice has been given prior.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 2 weeks’ notice.
If terminated by the Client, full program fees remain payable.
Client Responsibilities
Engage in sessions with honesty, open communication, and a commitment to the process.
Implement insights and action plans from coaching sessions independently.
Respect community guidelines and refrain from excessive or inappropriate use of support channels.
Confidentiality
Personal information shared by participants during the program is to be treated as confidential.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client.
Participation is voluntary, and the Client assumes responsibility for any personal risks or outcomes.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be mediated in good faith. If unresolved, legal costs may be recovered by the prevailing party.
Intellectual Property
Materials provided during the program are for personal use only and remain the property of the Company.
Under no circumstances shall the Client reproduce any of the materials from the Program in connection with any commercial purpose.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
